Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Playfully Professional! Below you’ll find details about how we handle shipping for our physical products.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are fulfilled and shipped through our third-party vendor, Printify.

  • Processing times may vary depending on the product, but most items are produced and shipped within 2–7 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email when your order ships (with tracking details if available).


2. Shipping Times & Rates

  • Shipping times depend on your location and the Printify fulfillment partner used. Average delivery is:

    • U.S. Orders: 5–10 business days after processing

    • International Orders: 10–30 business days after processing

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and product type.


3. International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Shipping times may vary due to customs clearance or local postal delays.


4. Order Issues & Delays

  • Once an order has been shipped, Playfully Professional is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors.

  • If your order is lost, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at playfullyprofessional24@gamil.com. We will work with Printify to resolve the issue.


5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Because products are custom-printed through Printify, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

  • If this happens, please email us with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to replace the item or provide a refund.
