Due to the nature of downloadable items, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the product has been accessed or delivered.

Coaching Sessions & Services

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice.

Refunds are not available for completed sessions.

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event/workshop start date.
