At Playfully Professional, we value your trust and want you to be confident in your purchase. Please read our policy below:

 Products (Workbooks, Templates, Toolkits, Courses)

  • All digital products and items purchases in the Shop sales are final.

  • Due to the nature of downloadable items, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once the product has been accessed or delivered.

  • If you experience technical issues, please contact us at [your email] and we’ll ensure you receive your product successfully.

Merchandise

  • If you there is an issue (damaged, no delivery, or wrong size) with hats, sweatshirts, or mugs that was ordered please reach out to us at playfullyprofessional24@gmail.com.

Coaching Sessions & Services

  • Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours’ notice.

  • Refunds are not available for completed sessions.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your service, please reach out within via email at playfullyprofessional24@gmail.com so we can work with you on a resolution.

Events & Workshops

  • Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event/workshop start date.

  • No refunds will be issued after the program has started or for same day cancellations.
