1. Use of Courses & Content

All courses, coaching programs, workshops, and digital materials (collectively, the “Content”) are the property of Noelzina Hope Enterprises LLC dba Playfully Professional. The Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

  • By enrolling, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access the Content through your personal account.

  • You may view, read, and download PDF files or printable worksheets for your own use.

  • You may not share, copy, distribute, publish, sell, or otherwise make the Content available to any third party without prior written consent from Noelzina Hope Enterprises LLC.

  • Unauthorized use, including sharing login information, will result in immediate removal from the program without refund and may lead to legal action.

By registering, you acknowledge and agree that any live sessions may be recorded for replay, program enhancement, or future educational purposes. If you choose to enable your camera or microphone during live sessions, you consent to being recorded. If you do not wish to be recorded, you may keep your camera/microphone off and use the chat feature.

2. Course Access

  • Access to course and materials is available only to registered participants.

  • Lifetime access is granted unless policies are violated, in which case Noelzina Hope Enterprises LLC reserves the right to remove registrants at any time.

3. Refund Policy for Courses

  • Once you log in to the course platform, no refunds will be provided for any reason.

  • By registering, you agree to this no-refund policy.

4. Email Opt-In

By purchasing or opting into any free or paid offer, you agree to be added to Noelzina Hope Enterprises LLC’s email list for communications related to your purchase as well as future related offers. You may unsubscribe at any time.

5. Coaching Services

1:1 coaching is a professional partnership focused on personal development, career growth, and/or life goals. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and should not be used as a substitute for professional health services.

  • Coaching sessions are generally conducted via Zoom, sometimes in person. Please refer to my coaching page for more information.

  • Success depends on the client’s commitment, honesty, and willingness to engage in the process.

  • If at any time the client feels coaching is not working, they agree to communicate this to the coach.

Confidentiality

All communications between Noelzina Hope Enterprises LLC and clients are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

Sessions

  • Clients are expected to attend at the scheduled time.

  • If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the session is considered canceled and no refund will be issued.

Cancellations & Reschedules

  • Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance.

  • If not, a new session must be booked via email.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • All Content, including but not limited to course materials, videos, audio, PDFs, worksheets, logos, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by Noelzina Hope Enterprises LLC dba Playfully Professional.

  • You are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works without written permission.

  • Violations of copyright may result in immediate removal, legal action, and financial liability.

7. Disclaimer

All services and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Noelzina Hope Enterprises LLC makes no guarantees of specific outcomes. You are responsible for applying the tools and strategies provided.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised “Effective Date.”

10. Social Media & Sharing

All courses, pdf, digital products, ebooks, books and coaching materials are for your personal use only. You may not post, upload, or share course content, videos, PDFs, or recordings on social media or with anyone who has not purchased access. Sharing materials outside of your own use—including giving login details to others—violates our policies and may result in removal from the program without refund, as well as potential legal action.
