With a background in business, education and workforce development, she helps young people turn uncertainty into opportunity. Her approach is both practical and playful—equipping clients with the confidence, clarity, and tools to own their next steps. Kiarra is passionate about making career education accessible, culturally relevant, and engaging for first-gen, underserved, and entrepreneurial-minded youth.
